Cancellation Policy

I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-calls/no-shows will result in a 100% cancellation fee. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation with my policy, which helps me maintain efficient scheduling and continue providing excellent service.

I understand that unforeseen delays can occasionally occur. If you find yourself running late for your appointment, please promptly send a text to 773.699.8917 to inform me.

I provide a 10-minute grace period to accommodate minor delays. However, for delays exceeding this time frame, there may be a need to reschedule your appointment, and a 25% service fee will be automatically charged.

If I can still accommodate your appointment, please be aware that it may need to be shortened to adhere to the original scheduled time. I appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we strive to provide the best service possible.
